Wabe Children’ Aid and Training (WCAT) was established in 1993. It has fulfilled all the requirements and was registered by Authority for Civil Society Organizations in Ethiopia with registration number 0541 as board-led local civil society organization based on the revised proclamation 1113/ 2019. WCAT is established to make contributions to the alleviations of the socio-economic and environmental problems of vulnerable children, youth, women and other community members.
